Costs & Processes
To get things moving quickly, please have the following information ready when you call:
The defendant's full legal name and date of birth.
The specific jail where they are being held (e.g., Orient Road, Pinellas County Jail).
The booking number and the total bail amount.
The nature of the charges (if known).
Once we post the bond, the release time depends entirely on the jail's administration and current volume. In the Tampa Bay area:
Hillsborough County (Orient Road/Falkenburg): Usually 4 to 8 hours.
Pinellas County (49th Street): Usually 3 to 6 hours.
Pasco County (Land O' Lakes): Usually 4 to 8 hours.
If a defendant fails to appear, the court will issue a "bench warrant" for their arrest. As the bondsman, we are then required to pay the full bail amount to the court unless the defendant is returned to custody. We will work with you to resolve the situation, but the co-signer may be liable for the full bond amount and any recovery costs.
